Al Professor Massimo Bovenzi l’edizione 2015 del premio internazionale William Taylor Award per i suoi studi scientifici sugli effetti delle vibrazioni meccaniche sull’essere umano.

Il Professor Bovenzi (Ordinario di Medicina del Lavoro del DSMCS dell’Università di Trieste) è stato insignito del premio dall’International Advisory Committee on Hand-Arm Vibration nel corso della 13ma Conferenza Internazionale svoltasi a Pechino dal 13 al 16 Ottobre 2015 con le seguenti motivazioni: 

The 2015 William Taylor Award is presented to Professor Massimo Bovenzi (Professor and Director, Clinical Unit of Occupational Medicine, Department of Medical Sciences, University of Trieste, Italy) for his significant contributions in advancing understanding of both the causes and the diagnosis of the various effects of hand-transmitted vibration. Professor Bovenzi has been a leading expert on the hand-arm vibration syndrome for the past 35 years. His epidemiological studies among various occupations have set the standard for investigating disorders caused by hand-transmitted vibration. His contributions have been wide-ranging and comprehensive, and the excellence of his work is acknowledged internationally”.
